Clanging and Banging on a Saturday.

Strength training and fitness is kind of my life.

Well, I won’t say that. It’s a big part of my life. My career for sure.

It doesn’t take up every aspect of my life, but it is what I make time for when ever I can.

Even on the weekends.

I lift heavy three days a week and then focus on core 2-3 days a week.

This is my third day.

Definitely more than what I need as far as core training.

But being able to get in the gym and train a little bit, especially on the weekend is so rewarding.

It’s a treat to myself after a long week.

Makes me happy, and feel good.
