So I hit 365lbs yesterday for 3 reps.
My training right now calls for me to.
365 felt amazing for 3 reps, so we will see what happens next week.
I’m progressing, but slowly progressing. I really do feel like I can hit a 400lb squat.
Just not for 3 reps. I want to be able to.
So lowly but surely working towards that goal is what I’m working on.
