Getting stronger at squats!

Squatted 355lbs today.

That is a 355lb, full range of motion, deep, low bar squat.

I’m more than happy with it!

My goal is to squat 400lbs. I want to in the next 2 months.

It’s doable, I just have to be on top of my shit.

And by shit I mean nutrition and rest.

Training is the easy part. Eating right and getting enough sleep is the hard.

Certainly worth it though!
